Each task has now 3 new fields:
- orig est: original estimation before beginig any work
- cur est: current estimation after having worked on it, but before finishing it
- elapsed: time already spent on a task
Tasks with a hirachy of subtasks have a automatically computed "total" field.
In the near future, I'd like to add some features like:
- time tracking: mesure how long your spend on a task with a integrated stopwatch (I think it boosts productivity)
- suggestions: you don't know what do you can do before your next meeting in 10 minutes ? Ask PTM, it will tell you!
- Sort siblings by estimation
- Gantt display
